Chiropractic Treatment
With nearly 80% of people in the UK suffering from back pain at some time
in their lives it is no surprise that by far the most common complaint
chiropractors are asked is to treat is back pain.
Chiropractic treatment can help with problems such as; pain, discomfort and
stiffness relating to the joints and bones, including the back, neck and
shoulders, muscular aches and pains, most sports injuries including
tennis/golfers elbow, hand, knee and foot problems, cervicogenic headache
and migraine, whiplash injury, sciatica, and "trapped" nerves.
Gentle chiropractic
manipulation of the whole musculoskeletal system may also relieve
indigestion, menstrual irregularities and stress-related problems.
Some prolapsed or "slipped disc" problems can be helped with gentle
chiropractic manipulation.

Don't put it off!
Muscular skeletal problems are a progressive disorder, they build up over a period of years.
The old story of the "last straw that
broke the camels back" is very true, one sided jobs, sports and hobbies can
gradually affect the stability of your pelvis and spinal column, creating
weak spots.
A bend or a twist in the wrong direction can take things
that bit too far, irritating soft tissue such as nerves or tendons, causing
pain.
Chiropractors often hear, "I've had it before but not this bad"
or "I've had it before but not for this long", remember, your PAIN isn't the
problem, pain is the way your body lets you know that you have a problem, no
pain doesn't necessarily mean no problem.
Get a preventative spinal check up
sooner rather than later.
